About the Program
Program Overview
The Filmmaking Program of DDSTEAM empowers students to bring their stories to life through the lens of a camera. From concept to screen, young filmmakers explore each stage of production, storyboarding, shooting, acting, and editing—using professional yet beginner-friendly tools. The program encourages creativity, collaboration, and confidence as students learn to express ideas visually, manage projects as a team, and understand the fundamentals of cinematic storytelling. By the end, students will have a finished short film that reflects their imagination, teamwork, and artistic growth.
