About the Program

Program Overview

The Gymnastics Program of DDSTEAM introduces students to the exciting world of movement, balance, and body control. Through engaging lessons and guided practice, young athletes learn essential gymnastics skills such as tumbling, stretching, handstands, and cartwheels in a supportive and encouraging environment. The program focuses on physical development as well as confidence, discipline, and perseverance. By combining fun drills, teamwork, and skill progressions, students gain strength and flexibility while learning the value of effort, focus, and determination.


Learning Outcomes

By the end of the program, students will:

  • Develop Core Strength & Flexibility: Improve body awareness and coordination through structured exercises.

  • Learn Fundamental Gymnastics Skills: Practice movements such as rolls, cartwheels, and balances.
