About the Program
Program Overview
The Improv Comedy Program of DDSTEAM encourages students to embrace creativity, collaboration, and quick thinking through interactive theatre games and storytelling. Young performers learn the fundamentals of improvisation—listening, reacting, and creating scenes in the moment—while building confidence and communication skills. Each session combines laughter and learning as students engage in playful challenges that enhance imagination, teamwork, and adaptability. The program also fosters empathy and social-emotional growth by helping students connect, take risks, and express themselves freely in a supportive environment.
