About the Program
Program Overview
The Yoga Program of DDSTEAM introduces students to the fundamentals of yoga and mindfulness in a supportive and peaceful environment. Each class combines stretching, breathing, and guided poses to promote flexibility, focus, and relaxation. Students learn how to manage stress, improve posture, and develop strength, both physically and mentally. The program encourages mindfulness through breathing exercises and short meditations, helping students cultivate patience, self-awareness, and confidence.
