About the Program

Program Overview

The Youth Strength & Development Program of DDSTEAM focuses on helping students grow stronger physically and mentally, through guided, safe, and engaging fitness activities. Young athletes learn bodyweight exercises, resistance training, flexibility drills, and core-building movements designed specifically for their age and ability. The program emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and personal goal-setting while promoting teamwork, motivation, and a positive attitude toward fitness. By combining structured workouts with fun challenges, students build endurance, strength, and confidence that extend beyond physical activity into everyday life.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the program, students will:
